Race map stuck..

The race mode wasnt running and then people just started to use sm_car and then that got boring its been like this for atleast 48 hours. Could some one please restart or change the map?

I'll enable RTV but I gotta mod it to disable the "Extend" feature because if extend wins then you will keep this situation where the map never changes.

I enabled RTV. I also put sm_mapvote_extend 0 in the server.cfg so maybe that will let it not extend.
